Oxygen is neither acidic nor basic. Both blue and red litmus are unaffected by oxygen.
Combustibility
Oxygen gas is not combustible. But it supports combustion. A glowing splinter is rekindled when thrust into a jar containing oxygen. A burning splint burns more brightly.
