Completion
Conversation completion is a creative exercise in which the student is expected to read through the conversation and decipher what the question or answer could have been. He then has to complete the given conversation.

Having acquired comprehensive knowledge of English grammar, he should be able to apply his skills effectively in the following exercises.
Headlines
Proper use of the various tenses is expected here. Headlines are adaptations of complete sentences. The student is expected to write complete sentences conveying the sense suggested by the headline.
Jumbled Sentences
Proper sentences are divided into phrases. These phrases are jumbled. The student is expected to look at the jumbled phrases, comprehend the meaning implied, and put the sentence in order.
