1) Graph the following:

The solution set of the system of linear simultaneous inequations is the set of all points (x, y) which satisfies the given set of inequations.
 
In the above graph, the common area of the inequations (shaded area) represents solution set.
 
y < 3 is the region below the line y = 3.
 
x > 2 is the region to the right of the line x = 3.
 
Hence the solution set is the shaded region which do not include the points on both the lines x = 2 and y = 3.
