Grade measure (Centesimal system or French system)
The principal unit of this system is grade(g) which is one hundreds part of right angle.
one grade = 100 minutes
1 minutes = 100 seconds
1 right angle = 100 grades (100g)
1g = 100 minutes (100')
1' = 100 seconds (100")
The attempt to introduce this grade system in France was not successful.
