Answer : My daughter placed top ten with recycled paper. Its easy to do. Your problem statement should be 'What materials make the best recycled paper?' You can make recycled paper using cardboard, computer paper, newspaper, construction paper or other paper group. Then you test them using categorieslike thickness, easy to write on, and texture. Now as for making the paper, I will use the example for newspaper but it applies to all types. Shred the newspaper up or cut it in small pieces. Then add some water, just a little at a time. Put mixture in a blender. When the mix is done ( should be pulp) you need to add some glue, just Elmer's school glue will be fine. Mix again. Then you need to put your mix on a screen frame. To make that you just need a piece of screen ( like on your window, but don't use that one! ) and build a little wooden frame on it. ( we tried using just a screen and that works too but your paper may not be square) It will take a while for the paper to dry but then ..
