Question : like in elementary algebra were factoring polynomials, so would we just get a completely different topic in the next level of math, a MORE COMPLEX polynomial to factor, or just learning different rules for factoring polynomials for example, any information with regards to comparing any other topics in the two levels of algebra would be great to hear about too.

Can't you just take the assessment test at your junior college and test into a much a higher math if you teach yourself at home with your book ?
