Identify the graph that could be modeled with a linear model.
Identify the graph that could be modeled with a linear model. => Both Graph 1 and Graph 2 or Graph 4 or Graph 3 or All..
Which variation does the graph model?
Which variation does the graph model? => direct variation or inverse variation or both or none of the above..
This brief video shows where the x and y axes are located. In addition, the origin is shown as are the four quadrants. Finally graphing ordered pairs (x, y) are demonstrated for the viewer.
Graph Layout, I programmed it in Python using Pygame for drawing. Graph Layout problem: Given a graph G, display the graph on plane in a "nice" way. (Of course "nice" is hard to define mathematically :)) One approach to solving the problem is defining an energy function of the graph based on relative distances of all nodes, and also taking into account all of the edges. An iterative minimum seeking algorithm is used to greedily push the graph towards the most promising direction. The problem ...
Question : I have already asked this question, but I didn't give enough details. The directions read, "Model each rule with a table of values and a graph." The problem is y = 1/4x. I already did the table of values. The first value is 1. So it would be 1/4(1) which is 1/4. How would I graph 1/4 on a coordinate plane?
Answer : 1/4 is equal to .25 so the point for that coordinate will be between 0 and 1, but closer to 0....I know that's not very detailed but hopefully it helps.... http://webgraphing.com/graphing_basic.jsp..   More from Yahoo Answers

Question : Lynn is piloting a plane at an altitude of 10000 feet. She begins to descend at a rate of 200 ft per minute. Miguel is flying a different plane at an altitude of 5000 ft. at the same time that lynn begins to descend, Miguel begins to climg at a rate of 50 ft per minute.
a) Write and graph a system of equations that could be used to model the situation.
b) In how many minutes will the planes be at the same altitude?
c) what will the altitude be?
Answer : a) Write and graph a system of equations that could be used to model the situation. Lynn's altitude: 10000 - 200m Miguel's altitude: 5000 + 50m b) In how many minutes will the planes be at the same altitude? 10000 - 200m = 5000 + 50m 5000 - 200m = 50m 5000 = 250m m = 20 At the 20 minute p=mark the planes will be at the same altitude c) what will the altitude be? 5000 + 50(20) = 5000 + 1000 = 6000 ft Hope that helps.....KY..   More from Yahoo Answers
