Answer : this is already rounded to 2 decimal places if you had 12.3456789 to round to 2 decimal places you would look at the first 3 decimals so...345...the 3 stays as a 3 and the 4 could be a 4 or a 5 depending on weather the third decimal is over 4 or not if it is 5,6,7,8,9, then you round up, if it is 1,2,3,4 you keep the number the same in this case the third decimal is 5 so we round up the answer would be 12.35 if the number was 12.342 it would be rounded down to be 12.34 in short:round the number so theres only 2 decimal places
