Answer : Fish is largely protein, and is better for you than red meat. As for not eating it at night -- you shouldn't eat a huge portion of anything at night because it overloads your stomach and that can disturb your sleep. Also give you bad dreams. But if you're talking about eating your evening meal, just eat a normal portion of fish and enjoy. It won't cause any unpleasant aftereffects.
