Question : I just found out that raw foods are healthy for a cats diet. If so, can anybody tell me what kind of raw foods, I mean do I grab a piece of raw steak from the fridge and feed it to my cats? I don't really get it. I'm trying to be a better mommy for them. Thanks.

Question : I am a mostly raw vegan, as I still enjoy some cooked vegan foods and I am still learning a lot about optimal health and eating. I have heard that you should separate your cooked and raw foods for optimal absorption of nutrients and to allow the enzymes to do their job. Is this true, or can cooked vegan foods be combined with raw vegan foods? If not, how long should they be separated by?
Answer : There are lots of thoughts on this. I always eat my raw foods 1st. Then followed by cooked. When out I don't always floow this rule. This summer I am doing RAW for aboput 90% of my food intake & really enjoying the change. Look at some Raw sites to get the different info, then decide for yourself.
