Question : I do not get to use a graphing calculator... so, with a regular calc. how would i find the median in a Frequency distribution chart?
i know how to when there is no freq. distribution chart, but with one i dont know how to find the median....
Answer : It would be in the center of the data on the frequency distribution chart. Very similar to finding it when you just have the raw data listed in order.

Question : I was wondering when you make a frequency distribution for a graph lets say a frequency polygon.. based on that graph all you would need is class limits frequency and midpoint but based on the three types of frequency distributions it would be considered a grouped FD so that involves also the CF which is the cumulative Frequency so should the CF be added to the FD or do i not need it since its for the Frequency polygon?
Answer : I don't think it's necessary. I'm not so clear on what you're saying, though. But I think you don't need. You could try either way!
