Question : Its me again... Like i want to study religions of the world to further my own understanding of belief but i don't know where to start so if you can recommend sights or books can you post links to the sights
Answer : There are text books for 'world religion' courses at college. My fiancee took one of these, and so I read through her book, and found it apallingly lacking. So, I took it upon myself to look for a better one. This book I found is not meant as a text book for a course, but it is much better than what I saw, and would suggest it. http://www.amazon.com/World-Religions-America-Introduction-3rd/dp/066422475X/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1236944521&sr=8-2# 'World Religions in America.' It's a collection of essays, written by different authors, so it's easier to understand that a common text book too.

Question : We don't have any classes or the like at school dealing with religion. I love studying world religions. It's kind of a passion of mine. The problem is, I've ran out of sources. Nothing I've read or watched goes deep enough. Are there are good websites out there (besides Religioustolerance.org)?
Suggestions? Know of any good websites?
-I don't want to go to church or anything like that. I want to research.-
Answer : I'm quite interested in world religions myself, particularly statistics. Here are a few links. http://www.religionfacts.com/ http://philtar.ucsm.ac.uk/encyclopedia/ http://www.adherents.com
