Question : 2\/10 What does this mean? The thing in the middle is a square root sign. Does it mean the square root of 10 multiplied by 2?

When a number is written very small to the left of a root sign, it indicates what power of root it is (e.g., 3 indicates a cube root, 4 indicates a fourth root, and so in). Question : I don't know how to find the square root of the square root of fifty. Can anyone tell me the answer and the process involved? What is it in radical form?
